This is a Bino-Scope (spectacles with high power lenses and sunglass lenses, adjusted by rotary knobs on the side). These spectacles were advertised in the original box as being “An ideal gift for football, wrestling, boxing, racing, hunting, theatre, opera, movies, television and close viewing of everything”. This item was manufactured sometime between 1945 and 1955 by Salco (Hong Kong) and is engraved with ‘Design registered no. 898 081’.
