Microscope 120 (unassigned maker; Library microscope; late 19th century)

Microscope 120 is a simple compound microscope from the late 19th century. The mirror is missing, and the limb of the instrument is broken. An identical instrument known as the ‘Library microscope’ is pictured in the catalogue of B. Kahn & Son, New York, of c. 1890 (Figure 1).
